Order Entry and Invoicing - Mainly designed for the Fresh Meat, Meat Product Distribution,
Fresh Fish and Food Service businesses; this program has been used wherever Catch
Weights, in addition to Standard Weights, Units and Piece Counts, must be provided
for invoices and manifests. Very flexible pricing and price verification is provided.
It's modular design has allowed it to be heavily customized for specific clients,
making this program become the foundation of their business, with support functions
added as required. Originally designed for the DOS platform, it can be converted
to run on the Windows platform as a custom feature.
Inventory Control - Provided as a stand alone program or a module of the Order Entry
and Invoicing, Formula Management or Production Control and Scheduling programs,
this Inventory Control program provides for low cost customization for highly specified
businesses. Finished Goods, Raw Material and In-Process Materials can be managed
with the same system. This module also provides source information for our Purchase
Order Management, Material Tracking and Recall Management and Product Price Scheduling
systems. Originally designed for the DOS platform, it can be converted to run on
the Windows platform as a custom feature.
Inventory Cycle Counting - Provided as an adjunct to the Inventory Control program,
this program provides the means for tighter Inventory Control by providing for actual
piece counts on a randomly scheduled basis rather than a periodic full inventory
count. The criteria is set by company management, usually based on usage quantity,
frequency (turns) and inventory cost. The program analyzes this information and
prints daily lists of inventory to be counted, putting your counting overhead to
use where it matters the most; saving money on both inventory control and loss prevention.
Originally designed for the DOS platform, it can be converted to run on the Windows
platform as a custom feature, and must be run on the same platform as the Inventory
Control program.
Formula Management - Provided as a stand alone program with it's own Inventory module
or used with the Order Entry Inventory module, the Formula Management program provides
the many functions required to manage both costing and production of formula based
products. Because the Inventory files contain product cost data, users can get an
immediate cost estimate of experimental or customer requested formulae as soon as
the formula details are entered. Labor, Overhead and Batch quantities can be established
and costed, with variable yield quantities providing additional accuracy. Originally
designed for the DOS platform, it can be converted to run on the Windows platform
as a custom feature.
Production Control and Scheduling - This program module has been provided to clients
as an adjunct to the Formula Management and Order Entry and Invoicing programs to
provide complete scheduling and material forecasting functions. These have been
custom designed modules that deal with the specifics of the client's manufacturing
methods and equipment.
Resource Management - This custom design program is used to provide scheduling of
a company's many resources to ensure optimum usage, maintenance and application.
This is a custom designed module for a specific client but it's concept can be extended
to other clients requiring it's functions.
Recycling Management - Designed for use by a town's Recycling Coordinator, the program
manages the recycling program in a way to provide the proper accounting and paperwork
preparation for submittal to State and Federal recycling programs, for purposes of
solicitation of tax dollars for support of recycling programs. Each town and each
state will have it's own recycling approach and paperwork, and this program can be
customized to support it.
Trash Hauling and Disposal - This program was designed for the complete management
of a Trash Hauling business. Scheduling, Contracts, Billing, Tax Computations, and
other operational function for haulers with Residential, Commercial and Industrial
customers is available within this program. Prebilling, Postbilling, Dump charges,
Bin Rental, etc. are all covered. Originally designed for the DOS platform, it can
be converted to run on the Windows platform as a custom feature.
Contract Management - Designed to assure continuation of contracts, this program
will actually print a completed contract based on information from a customized database.
Contracts can be either new or renewals, with separate formats for each. Although
the structure of the program satisfies the needs of many clients, the actual program
is custom designed to the client's need, data, forms and schedule.
Material Tracking and Recall Management - In this day of product recalls and high
liability costs, this type of program is coming into it's own. Used in conjunction
with our Order Entry, Inventory Management, Formula Management, Production Control
and Purchase Order Management programs; this program provides the tracking methods
and facilities to track materials from their incoming source to the customer. These
programs provide "Hooks" to facilitate the addition of the tracking module(s), ensuring
reliable recording and reporting of data whenever required.
Product Price Scheduling - Designed as an adjunct to our Order Entry and Invoicing
Programs, this module provides special pricing based on selections for specific items.
You can have several levels of pricing, depending upon customers; sale dates for
special discounts; quantity pricing and discounting; and other pricing arrangements
depending upon your needs. The pricing methods that are standard in our Order Entry
and Invoicing modules handle most companies but, for those requiring special pricing,
the addition of this custom module can give you what you want.
Purchase Order Management - Designed as an adjunct to our Inventory Management and
Order Entry and Invoicing programs, this provides a simplified Purchase Order generation
and control function. PO's can be generated from this module, materials received
against the purchase orders and, if our Accounts Payable module is available, the
completed PO's can be posted to the AP. The system is fully functional without
the AP and will generate the applicable reports when required.
Truck Rental - Designed specifically for a Truck Leasing and Rental company, This
complete program could also be used for the company leasing a small fleet of trucks
requiring scheduled licensing, insurance and maintenance controls. Originally designed
for the DOS platform, it can be converted to run on the Windows platform as a custom
feature.
Meat Industry Specific - We offer Order Entry and Invoicing programs specific for
businesses (Meat, Fish, etc.) using catch weights. We have several variations of
Inventory Control, Cutout, Formulation and Inventory Tracking systems available that
can be adapted to your specific needs. Least Cost Formulation and PFF tracking programs
are also available.
